Our national mass torts law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Receptionist to join our core mission of representing survivors of sexual abuse. The ideal candidate must possess the following qualities:
Experience handling Multiple Phone-Lines
Excellent communication skills
Well organized
Detail Oriented
Customer service skills
Critical thinking skills
Proficiency in common computer programs
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Greeting clients and visitors
Answering and transferring incoming calls
Scheduling appointments for attorneys and clients
Scanning and uploading documents
Miscellaneous administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Previous experience directing incoming phone required
Previous office experience required
Spanish language proficiency preferred
Professional appearance and demeanor
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 – $26.00 per hour
