Position: Legal Advisor for Real Estate Investments

Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on the governance and development of real estate assets
• Manage legal documentation and contract negotiations
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in transactions
• Work with the Investment Team to prepare presentation materials
• Coordinate efforts with external counsel and Tax specialists
Requirements:
• Qualified lawyer in Canada or the US
• 3+ years of relevant legal experience
• Excellent negotiation and critical-thinking skills
• Familiarity with AI-assisted legal tools
• Strong communication abilities for complex legal matters
