ManpowerGroup Romania is recruiting on behalf of an important client in the insurance industry for a Legal Advisor – RCA Insurance role.

What You'll Do
- Monitor legislative and regulatory developments relevant to the RCA insurance sector and assess their impact on company activities;
- Provide legal advice to management and internal stakeholders on matters related to RCA insurance, civil liability, claims, litigation, and regulatory requirements;
- Draft, review, and approve commercial agreements and partnership contracts related to insurance operations;
- Review and validate RCA policy documentation, contractual clauses, and pre-contractual information to ensure compliance with applicable legislation and ASF requirements;
- Analyze complex RCA claims files and support claims teams in managing sensitive cases, including bodily injury and major loss claims;
- Manage legal disputes, coordinate litigation strategies, and represent the company in court proceedings when required;
- Support interactions with ASF, BAAR, courts, and other relevant authorities;
- Participate in handling customer complaints, petitions, and regulatory inquiries;
- Prepare legal analyses, reports, and risk assessments for management and key stakeholders;
- Contribute to compliance initiatives, internal process improvements, and the identification of legal and operational risks.
What We're Looking For
- University degree in Law;
- Minimum 3 years of relevant legal experience within the insurance industry, with a focus on RCA insurance;
- Advanced English language skills;
- Strong knowledge of insurance legislation, ASF regulations, and legal principles applicable to motor third-party liability insurance;
- Good understanding of business principles, operational risks, compliance processes, and internal controls;
- Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
