PRIORITY, one of the largest and fastest growing Management and IT consulting firms in Greece, is seeking to hire a Legal Advisor. In this role, you will provide legal guidance and expertise to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations while supporting the company’s strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
Review, draft, and negotiate various types of contracts, including vendor agreements, service agreements, and compliance documents
Advise management and staff on legal rights, obligations, and risks associated with business activities
Conduct legal research to support the company in navigating complex regulatory environments
Collaborate with various departments to ensure legal compliance in all business operations
Monitor changes in legislation and provide updates and advice on regulatory compliance
Handle disputes and claims, working closely with external legal counsel as necessary
Prepare and deliver training sessions on legal matters to company personnel
Requirements
Qualifications:
Law degree from an accredited university
4+ years of experience in a legal advisory role, preferably within a consulting environment
Solid understanding of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Fluency in Greek and English, both spoken and written
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
