For one of our client we are looking for a Legal advisor specialized in Insurance Law
Job description :
Provide expert legal advice on insurance-related matters including claims, policy wording, regulatory compliance, and contract interpretation.
Draft, review, and negotiate insurance policies, endorsements, and related agreements.
Ensure the company’s operations and offerings comply with insurance laws and industry regulations.
Handle disputes and litigation related to insurance claims, including liaising with external counsel when necessary.
Monitor and interpret changes in insurance legislation and advise internal stakeholders on potential impacts.
Support underwriting, claims, and compliance teams with legal risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
Conduct internal training on insurance law and regulatory developments.
Your Profile :
Proven experience in Insurance Law
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various departments and stakeholders.
Excellent professional use of French and English + Dutch
