Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Legal Advisor based in Port Elizabeth. The Legal Advisor will provide expert legal advice, draft, review, and prepare legal documents, and manage various legal issues. They will ensure compliance with labor and employment laws and provide guidance on related legal matters critical to client success. Collaboration with internal teams and clear communication with clients will be an integral part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and expertise in Law
- Proven experience in providing Legal Advice and managing Legal Issues
- Competence in Legal Document Preparation and related legal documentation processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Law, legal experience, or advisory experience welcome to apply
- Adherence to ethical standards and a detail-oriented approach
