We are looking for a Legal Advisor who will provide support to the company on various legal matters, ensuring compliance with company policies, and applicable laws, as well as addressing industry-specific legal requirements.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Candidates should hold at least a bachelor’s degree in law from a university recognized for its academic excellence. A master’s degree in law is preferred. 5 years of experience in the legal department or a similar role in a law firm is mandatory.
Strong knowledge in civil, commercial, and company law is essential, along with expertise in public procurement law and insolvency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Legal Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring that all rules, regulations, and procedures within the company comply with applicable legislation.
- Conducting legal research and providing updates on legal developments relevant to the business.
- Offering consultancy and internal advice on various legal matters, such as regulatory issues related to the construction industry, public procurement regulations, data protection, insolvency and employment law.
- Support internal departments throughout all stages of the public procurement process, from tender preparation to contract award and execution.
- Advising on contracts, contract compliance, and drafting legal opinions.
- Participating in meetings and negotiations with contractual partners.
- Proposing solutions for risk mitigation.
- Reviewing legal and other relevant documents and addressing priority issues.
- Preparing and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, addenda, and legal opinions.
- Handling dispute settlements and monitoring the implementation of legal clauses.
- Representing the company in court, if needed, and actively managing the company’s litigation portfolio.
- Develop and maintain legal templates, policies, and best practices to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Provide legal support in disputes, claims, and litigation matters, collaborating with external counsel as needed.
- Submitting reports when necessary.
We are open to both:
- Full-time employment based on an Individual Employment Agreement (Employment Contract); or
- Collaboration based on a Legal Assistance Agreement,
depending on the candidate's professional status and mutual agreement.
Budget: 1,500 – 2,000 EUR net/month, regardless of the form of collaboration.
