About the job

The Legal Advisor is a key player in supporting in legal matters within a company and maintaining accurate legal records and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO AS A LEGAL ADVISOR?

legal support for the Head Office and foreign branches of the NRF Group

Preparing, analyzing and giving opinions on draft legal documentation (contracts, terms of service) and participating in contract negotiations – mainly in English

Contract drafting and reviewing for business units

Ongoing monitoring of changes in legal regulations relating to the Group’s operations

Coordination of compliance projects

Like challenges as much as we do – see the big picture, yet be able to dive deep into the subject matter, involve and challenge the respective parties

WHAT DO YOU BRING AS A LEGAL ADVISOR?

Min. 2 years of experience in the legal department of the company or in a law firm providing services to business entities, in particular in the field of commercial, international sales and contract law – willingness to do administrative job related to this topic

Knowledge of English on professional level – is a must

Graduate in law

Ability to work independently, escalating concerns appropriately

Ability to work in a team and under time pressure

Ability to think logically, clearly, and precisely formulate statements

Good knowledge of MS Office.

Knowledge of Russian, Italian, Spanish, French, Dutch, German – is a plus.
