Role Description
XPELLO SA is seeking a full-time Legal Advisor to join our team on-site at our Roodepoort location. The role involves drafting legal documents, negotiating settlement, managing attorneys and giving legal guidance. The Legal Advisor will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to support the company’s objectives and assist with relevant case management tasks.
Qualifications
• Admitted Attorney and Approximately 2 years post-admission experience
• Knowledge of rental law and eviction processes
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Passion for assisting landlords and property professionals
