Senior Legal Advisor – Contracting & Global Template Drafting
As a Senior Legal Advisor, you have over five years of experience providing legal interim services in a specialized domain. Your responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities
Monitoring and analyzing relevant new regulations;
Providing legal advice, including support for strategic initiatives;
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts;
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on legal and regulatory matters.
Required Skills & Competencies
In addition to a law degree and relevant experience, you possess the following core competencies:

Ability to manage priorities efficiently.
Project Scope – Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
For the Global Contract Templates initiative, we are seeking three external legal experts specializing in contracting and global template drafting:
Two legal experts to support the development of a structured contract architecture;
One legal expert to lead the project.
Project Phases & Timeline
Phase 1 & 2: Inventory of the current contract landscape (AS-IS analysis) and setup of a contract architecture.
Phase 3 & 4: To be determined based on the outcomes of the initial phases.
Estimated effort for Phases 1 & 2: 50 man-days.
