We are looking for:
We are on the lookout for a talented Legal Advisor to oversee our commercial contracts and ensure that all our internal policies and procedures are compliant with relevant requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing effective legal advice and day-to-day legal support to Head of Legal and various other stakeholders;
Reviewing, drafting and negotiating a variety of contracts and agreements;
Legal opinion on a range of different projects;
Providing advice and ability to deal with a wide range of legal and regulatory matters across the business lines, specifically related to Data Protection;
Draft documents for adopting decisions by the various corporate bodies of the legal entities within the Graphwise group;
Work closely with Finance, HR and other departments from the Corporate Governance division.
Requirements:
Prior legal experience in corporate environment or law firm serving corporate clients – minimum 2 years;
University degree in Law;
Knowledge and experience in Intellectual Property Law and Data Protection will be considered strong advantage.
Fluency in English – verbally and in writing; Legal English knowledge;
Ability and willingness to learn quickly and ask the right questions;
High commercial focus;
Ability to work with tight deadlines;
Ability to work as a team member, both within the legal function and with various other Graphwise teams;
Very good communication and interpersonal skills;
A flexible approach to meet the changing priorities of the Graphwise group.
