Job Summary
The Legal Advisor is responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to the organization on corporate, commercial, employment, and regulatory matters. The role supports the review of legal documents, ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations, minimizes legal risks, and protects the organization’s legal interests.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and guidance to management and departments on corporate, commercial, employment, and regulatory matters
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, agreements, policies, and other legal documents
- Monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies, and recommend corrective actions where required
- Support the management of legal claims, disputes, investigations, and litigation by coordinating with external legal counsel when necessary
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related legal field
- Healthcare or hospital experience is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Saudi laws, corporate governance, contract law, labor law, and regulatory compliance
- Fluency in Arabic and English languages
