Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Contract Reviewer for our LATAM operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, ensuring compliance with LATAM laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts, including client agreements, vendor contracts, and other complex legal documents.
Ensure all contracts comply with LATAM legal requirements and industry best practices.
Provide legal support on non-litigation matters, identifying risks and proposing solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline contract management and approval processes.
Conduct legal research and stay updated on LATAM contract laws and regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (written and verbal).
Law degree (LL.B or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
Proven experience in contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiation.
Strong understanding of LATAM corporate and commercial laws.
Ability to work independently and handle complex contractual matters.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in a global legal team or multinational company.
Familiarity with contract management systems and legal tech tools.
