DTEK Energy , an operating company responsible for coal mining and electricity generation within the DTEK Group, is inviting a Lawyer to join its team.
Requirements
Higher legal education;
Work experience of 3 years or more;
Knowledge of corporate issues relating to joint-stock companies, limited liability companies;
Experience in working in joint-stock companies in the field of corporate governance;
Knowledge of legislation on joint stock companies, capital markets and organized commodity markets;
Experience in submitting reports to the National Securities and Stock Market Commission;
Fluency in Ukrainian.
Your Main Tasks Will Be
Disclosure of information by the JSC;
Collection of necessary information for generating reports ( quarterly, annual);
Generating reports according to the formula established by the National Commission;
Publication of reports on the website of the National Commission and the website of the JSC within the established deadlines.
