Opportunity
We are looking for an English-speaking Legal Assistant or Legal Adviser to work on client projects in Laos, Myanmar and other jurisdictions.
The following would be your key responsibilities:
- Prepare letters of legal advice and other legal memos;
- Draft commercial contracts;
- Assist with company incorporation and other corporate secretary tasks;
- Undertake legal research; and
- Prepare legal publications and assist with other business development tasks.

Skills & Experience
- A law degree and admission to practise law;
- Experience with company incorporation;
- At least one year of relevant professional experience; and
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
