We are looking for a Legal Adviser to join our team and provide expert legal guidance on property transactions, compliance, and corporate legal matters.
Responsibilities:
1.   Provide legal guidance and support on a wide range of real estate transactions, including property acquisitions, sales, leases, and development projects.
2.   Review and draft legal documents, contracts, agreements, and other legal instruments related to real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with UAE laws and regulations.
3.   Conduct due diligence assessments on properties, including title searches, land use restrictions, zoning regulations, and environmental considerations.
4.   Advise on regulatory compliance, government approvals, and licensing requirements for real estate projects, including liaising with relevant authorities and agencies.
5.   Negotiate and resolve legal disputes and conflicts arising from real estate transactions, including landlord-tenant disputes, property ownership disputes, and contractual disputes.
6.   Stay abreast of developments in real estate laws and regulations in Dubai, providing timely updates and recommendations to stakeholders.
7.   Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to address legal issues and mitigate risks in real estate transactions and projects.
Qualifications:
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university; Master’s degree or specialized training in Real Estate Law is preferred
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â At least 3 years of experience as a Legal Adviser or Real Estate Lawyer, with a focus on real estate transactions and projects in Dubai or the UAE
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Strong knowledge of UAE real estate laws, regulations, and procedures, with a deep understanding of Dubai’s property market dynamics
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Proven track record of success in providing legal advice and support on complex real estate transactions and projects
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively manage legal risks and achieve favourable outcomes
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage
