At The Credit Attorney, Inc., we specialize in credit and debt law, proudly fighting for consumers under the different consumer protection statutes under both Federal and State law. We’re dedicated to helping our clients fight back against credit reporting errors, identity theft, background check issues, unlawful debt collection and other credit and debt related issues, and regain confidence in their financial futures. What You’ll Do:
As an Associate Attorney, you’ll take on cases fighting against some of the biggest financial institutions, credit reporting agencies, and debt collection companies in the country. Your responsibilities will include:
Advocating for Clients: Represent consumers in credit and debt-related cases, ensuring their rights are protected.
Collaborating with a Stellar Team: Work alongside the managing partner, experienced paralegals and passionate team members to deliver exceptional results.
Developing Case Strategies: Analyze client issues and craft creative, winning legal strategies.
Mastering Your Craft: Appear in court, participate in depositions, and handle motions that keep your skills sharp and your career exciting.
What We’re Looking For:
