We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Administrator for a wonder law practice in Hartford, CT. This position is ideal for individuals with some legal experience who are looking to expand their skills in a fast-paced legal environment. As a Legal Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the legal team, ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities. This is a Temp to Hire position that will become perm, onsite in Hartford Monday- Friday 8:30-5pm. If you have corporate legal administrative experience even better apply right away.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff

Manage and organize legal documents, including filings, contracts, and client records

Assist with preparing legal forms, letters, and other documents

Schedule meetings, court dates, and appointments

Handle communication with clients, vendors, and courts

Assist with case management and other legal tasks as needed

Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with legal procedures and regulations

Requirements:

Minimum of 1-2 years of legal administrative experience

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management software

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

High attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with legal research or case management software

Paralegal or similar certification is a plus
