However, we will provide training to further develop your abilities.

Job Description:

As a Legal Intake Specialist, you will play one of the most critical roles in our firm by handling initial case evaluations, gathering essential case details, and ensuring that qualified leads are seamlessly transitioned to our legal team. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of Texas personal injury law, and the ability to guide potential clients through the intake process with empathy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients via phone, email, and online inquiries.
Conduct detailed intake interviews to assess case viability based on Texas personal injury laws.
Explain the firm’s services, answer basic legal questions (without providing legal advice), and build trust with clients.
Accurately document and input client information into the firm’s case management system.
Coordinate initial consultations between potential clients and attorneys.
Follow up on leads and maintain a structured system for client outreach.
Work closely with attorneys and legal staff to ensure a seamless intake-to-case transition.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience with Texas personal injury law.
Legal Knowledge: Strong understanding of Texas personal injury cases, including auto accidents, slip and falls, wrongful death, and other common claims.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to empathize and connect with potential new clients.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient with technology, including using case management software, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools.
Organization: Strong multitasking and time-management skills in a fast-paced environment.
Bilingual (Preferred): Spanish proficiency is a plus but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 – $30.00 per hour
