HERE’S WHAT THIS OPPORTUNITY REQUIRES:

· Ability to manage time effectively, maintain focus, multitask, set priorities in order to ensure your assigned tasks are completed on a timely basis.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate clearly well with remote teammates and other external stakeholders.

· Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills with a knack for writing, attention to grammar and mimicking brand voice are a plus.

· Comfort with learning and using remote tools and software including Slack, Google Suite.

· Familiarity with CRM platforms like, Pipedrive is a plus.

* Paralegal Experience is a big plus.

· Enthusiastic and passionate for the mission of empowering women to take civil action creating lasting and powerful change.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Routing Duties

Triage each new submission to identify qualifying deals according to specific criteria based on the information given

Follow SOPs to ensure that files move within our system to the next team
Maintain familiarity with a variety of campaigns, both Active and Inactive
Basic internet research to clarify information in a deal, locate medical facilities, or other institutions
Pass deals to Acct Mgmt team and communicate effectively with them within the deals put in their purview
Leave careful notes about any routing processes or special considerations/highlights for anyone coming into the file behind us
Send firm contracts to qualifying deals in the correct name, ensuring that the information in the contract matches the information given on their questionnaire
Assist with special projects such as looking through older deals, rerouting files from one firm to another, or handing minor system organization tasks
Communicate with the contact team on what information is still needed to be able to qualify a deal, or be able to confidently lose it after due diligence.
Mark which files are highest priority for contact team to focus on

Drafting Duties

Prepare files who sign their contracts to go to the firm in a timely manner in order to keep the Sendoff team on track to meet their weekly deadline, including making corrections requested by Sendoff team

Follow language and formatting guidance to prepare questionnaires final review
Read through each file carefully to make sure all relevant information is included
Basic internet research to clarify information in a deal, locate medical facilities, or other institutions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
