Our Client is a multinational company operating in the Oil & Energy sector.
FUNCTION
Maintain and administer the Legal Department's document management system, ensuring accurate filing, registration, and retrieval of records; uphold strict confidentiality standards and ensure full traceability of legal documentation; provide comprehensive administrative support to the Legal Department, ensuring the efficient management of day-to-day legal operations and workflows; coordinate the preparation and timely delivery of Company and Other Special Purpose Entities' legal documentation, including correspondence and filings; manage scheduling, coordination, and confirmation of internal and external appointments; manage and monitor the collection, organization, and electronic registration of legal data, ensuring integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of digital archives; support the preparation of legal documents relevant to the department's activities, in line with applicable legal and internal standards; monitor and update legal and regulatory databases, ensuring that applicable legislation, regulatory requirements, and key legal developments are current and accurately reflected; perform additional duties as required in support of the Legal Department's objectives and operational needs; actively contribute to the promotion of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) standards and culture within the workplace.
Requirements
- Minimum 6-year experience in administration support or corporate environment;
- Attention to detail;
- Keen observation skills;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Impressive communication skills;
- Language skills Portuguese and English (strong proficiency required)
