Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team. This critical role involves supporting the firm’s day-to-day operations, assisting with legal case management, and ensuring smooth workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate case preparation, including scheduling and document management.

Handle client communications promptly and professionally.

Manage and maintain calendars, schedules, and task lists.

Interact with court staff and administrative agencies.

Prepare, finalize, and send legal correspondence.

Update and manage case and document management systems.

Assist with obtaining and organizing insurance and medical records.

Qualifications

Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and virtual meeting platforms like Zoom.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Reliable internet (minimum 35 Mbps download, 15 Mbps upload), computer, and noise-canceling headset.

Nice-to-Haves

Previous experience in a legal or administrative role.

Familiarity with case management software (training can be provided).
