Role Description
Seeking a licensed Texas attorney to handle a mixed docket of Claimant’s Defense Base Act Litigation, Longshore Harbor Workers Compensation and general personal injury matters. The position will involve managing a docket of cases in litigation and pre-litigation. Some experience is required with handling Defense Base Act and Longshore claims. There will be supervision and mentoring with a team approach to handling the docket. The position will offer a base salary with an opportunity to make a majority of the compensation with a bonus fee structure.
