Small Family Law Firm in Fairfax City. Family and team atmosphere.

Seeking full-time administrative assistant to work in Fairfax City family law firm. This position will serve as a key member of our administrative team, and will require candidate to respond to clients and other employees by email and by telephone throughout the day in a very timely fashion. The ideal candidate will have excellent telephone etiquette, organizational skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. We are looking for someone who is positive, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, driven, loyal, reliable, and professional. Primary job duties include working within the administrative team to assist all employees with general administrative duties and ensure all tasks are done in a timely fashion. Tasks include, but are not limited to, scanning, mailing, and filing of all outgoing correspondence, answering the phones, new client intake, closing files, etc. Experience working with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel required. Experience in a law firm a plus, but not required. Qualified candidates should include resume and salary requirements when applying.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
