Our client is a law firm. They seek a Legal Administrative Assistant to join their Manhattan, NY office.

Responsibilities

Coordinate office meetings by setting up conference rooms and organizing calls

Schedule domestic and international travel through the firm’s travel agency

Research information, complete forms and processes, and handle administrative tasks

Draft, edit, and proofread legal documents, spreadsheets, and other materials

Prepare letters, spreadsheets, presentations, and templates, including complex formatting

Produce and disseminate corporate closing binders and signature packets

Assist with coordinating and scheduling depositions

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred

3+ years of relevant administrative experience

Legal industry or other professional services background

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Organized, analytical, and keen attention to detail

Proactive, driven, with a strong work ethic

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point

Skilled in Adobe, Workshare Compare, Best Authority, and Litera Forte
