Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jamaica for a Legal Administrative Assistant. The role involves preparing and managing legal documents, providing administrative support to legal professionals, organizing meetings and schedules, and maintaining effective communication within the team. The Legal Administrative Assistant will assist in ensuring compliance with legal and data protection standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Law and Legal Document Preparation.
- Strong Communication and Organization Skills.
- Experience in Administrative Assistance with attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting and maintain confidentiality.
- Familiarity with data protection principles and compliance frameworks is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Law, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
