Job Description

Enfinity is looking for a Legal Admin Assistant for the Italian market who will support the Italian Legal team in managing all administrative tasks related to our renewable energy projects.

Key Responsabilities:

In this position, the candidate will be responsible for:

Managing and controlling the archive ( mostly digital) of the documents, also with a focus to virtual data room for investors

Managing and controlling the upload of the documents, being sure that all agreements are properly uploaded and deadlines respected

Manage the budget related to Legal and interact with other company teams to have forecast always updated

Support the team in other administrative and back-office tasks, arranging meetings, coordinating agendas, coordinating travels, etc.

Supporting the legal department in carrying out their daily activities, filing forms, drafting slides, and administrative documents (such as antimafia’s declarations).

Liaising with external law firm, notaries and other professional entities.

The candidate will work within the Legal department, being involved in several projects simultaneously, also collaborating with colleagues based in other countries and interacting with various teams

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

Excellent organization skills;

Self-motivated, multi-tasking and proactive person;

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;

Ability to mange P.O., budgets and invoicing process.

Experience in using MS package;

Ability to perform basic review of documents.

Flexibility and availability to learn new skills;

Previous experience with managing invoicing process, legal documents, filing documents.
