Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal & Administrative Assistant located in Monte Carlo. The Legal & Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing communications, assisting with executive administrative tasks, and utilizing clerical skills to support daily operations.

Qualifications

Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills

Strong Etiquette and Communication skills (French & English)

Clerical Skills

Experience in legal or financial setting is a plus

Attention to detail and organizational skills

Proficiency in Google Business Workspace

Ability to handle confidential information professionally
