Job Overview
We are seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team in Madrid. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the legal department, ensuring efficient management of legal documentation and compliance with internal and external regulations.
Key Responsibilities
• Administrative Support to the Legal Department
– Assist in the preparation and management of contracts and legal documentation.
– Ensure the proper filing and maintenance of legal and administrative records, both physical and digital.
– Coordinate with public administrations, notaries, registries, law firms, etc.
• Financial and Compliance Management
– Oversee and manage payments related to legal department matters, including supplier invoices and fees, administrative expenses, etc.
– Support compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Coordination and Communication
– Liaise between the Legal Department and other departments to ensure a smooth workflow.
– Facilitate communication with external legal service providers.
– Manage correspondence related to legal matters.
• Process Improvement and Support
– Identify opportunities to improve administrative and legal processes. – Assist in the implementation of digital tools for document and contract management.
– Support in organizing meetings and preparing legal presentations.
Qualifications
• Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or training in Administration or experience in the legal sector.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar position.
• Languages: Advanced English (C1 level) is required. Other languages ​will be highly valued.•
Technical Skills:-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).-
Experience with administrative and legal documentation, notarial procedures, and contract management.-
