The Opportunity
We’re seeking experienced Litigation Partners with a portable hourly book of business of at least $800k. Whether you’re currently managing most of your caseload directly or delegating to associates, this opportunity is designed to reward your individual contribution and provide the tools you need to scale.
You’ll work within a collaborative, low-politics environment where growth is not just encouraged—it’s supported with real infrastructure: experienced litigation associates, dedicated marketing, and flexible practice development options.
What You’ll Do
Lead litigation matters for a sophisticated, often high-profile client base
Manage and expand an existing book of business ($800k–$1.5M+)
Collaborate with seasoned associates and paralegals to maximize efficiency and client service
Focus on high-quality, billable litigation—no contingency work required
Maintain autonomy in building out your niche or continuing in general litigation
Enjoy direct access to firm leadership and decision-making
What We’re Looking For
A minimum of $800k in portable, hourly litigation business (larger books welcomed)
Strong litigation background in any practice area except Insurance defense, Asbestos, & Personal Injury
Demonstrated ability to lead client relationships and legal teams
JD with active bar admission in relevant jurisdiction(s)
A desire to work in a collaborative firm environment without internal competition
