What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):

Close the Deal! You’ll handle inbound calls and convert inquiries into signed cases by effectively communicating the firm’s services, values, and advantages.

Client Screening & Sales:
Qualify potential clients based on firm guidelines, ensuring they are the right fit for our legal services.

Schedule Attorney Consultations:
Set up and coordinate meetings between potential clients and attorneys.

Follow Up & Nurture Leads:
Maintain contact with potential clients, answer their questions, and overcome objections to move them toward signing.

Stay Organized:
Keep detailed and up-to-date records of client interactions in our CRM system (MyCase or similar).

Work as a Team:
Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure a seamless intake process.

Maintain Confidentiality:
Handle sensitive client information with professionalism and discretion.

Support Administrative Tasks:
Assist with additional duties as needed to support the firm’s success.

Who You Are (Qualifications & Skills):

Bilingual (Spanish) Preferred: You can connect with a wider range of potential clients.

Experience in Sales or Customer Service: Bonus if you’ve worked in legal, financial, or high-ticket sales!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour plus commission for each signed case, Bonuses for exceeding goals.

Expected hours: 40 per week
