A well-known leasing company is seeking a Contract Manager to join its growing team. This role focuses on supporting and managing a wide range of leasing and transactional agreements, working closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners across multiple jurisdictions.

Your new role

  • Act as a central point of coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders, including international counsel and corporate service providers
  • Collaborate with global teams across different time zones
  • Oversee contract compliance and execution
  • Support the preparation and review of Conditions Precedent and Conditions Subsequent
  • Assist in drafting and coordinating a range of legal and transaction documents, including NDAs, service agreements, SPAs, and related agreements
  • Work with corporate service providers to manage SPV administration, including company setup, account opening, licensing, and ongoing maintenance
  • Support transaction-related processes, including novations, amendments, and terminations of agreements
  • Manage and process legal and operational invoices, ensuring accurate tracking and timely settlement through internal systems
  • Maintain well-organized transaction records, including document management and system uploads
  • Provide support on ad hoc legal and operational initiatives, including occasional business travel as required

What you'll need to succeed

  • 2-6 years of experience in corporate or commercial contracts
  • Strong ability to interpret and assess contractual terms and understand their impact across different areas of the business
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Law degree holder
  • High level of proficiency in English and strong command of Chinese
  • Familiarity with document management systems and legal documentation processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Chinese word processing
