Job Summary
We are seeking an Attorney to join our family law department. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of litigation experience or family law experience.
Responsibilities
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and briefs with precision and clarity.
Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations to advocate for their interests.
Collaborate with colleagues in a law office environment to develop case strategies and share insights.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in laws and regulations that may impact clients’ cases.
Communicate effectively with clients to explain legal processes and provide updates on case progress.
Requirements
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in Illinois
Proven ability to litigate cases effectively with strong advocacy skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex legal issues.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high ethical standards in all professional interactions.

Pay: $85,000.00 – $106,000.00 per year
