The Position
This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys with premises and general liability experience who are looking to develop in their careers by joining a dynamic national coordinating counsel team.
Responsibilities
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, legal memoranda, and other legal documents
Attend court hearings, depositions, and mediations
Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments and offices, contributing to a cohesive and supportive team environment
Independently manage a litigation caseload as part of a team, working cases from beginning to end
Communicate with clients and provide status reports
Qualifications
JD from an accredited law school
Admitted to practice in California
10+ years of insurance defense, premises liability, catastrophic loss, and general liability experience
Negligent security experience a plus
Trial experience
Dispositive motion practice experience
Superior analytical skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Legal project management experience is helpful
Pay Range
$175,000 – $250,000 USD
