Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in various areas of law, including High Stakes Damages Cases, Civil Rights Violations, White Collar Crime, Work-Place Violations, Insurance Fraud, Class-action Lawsuits, Business Regulations & Compliance, Legal Malpractice, (Medical Malpractice would be a plus). This role requires strong research and writing skills, as well as proficiency in legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw. The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, representing 1 client with a dozen cases already 80% prepared for out-of-court settlements, in-court-settlements, and legal proceedings, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Duties
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, contracts, and agreements.
Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations.
Provide sound legal advice to clients regarding their rights and obligations.
Stay updated on changes in legislation and case law relevant to practice areas.
Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategies.
Manage a caseload effectively while meeting deadlines.
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and case developments.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
Experience or knowledge in Personal Injury Law, Estate Planning, Workers Compensation Law, and Tribal Law Regulations is preferred.
Proficiency in legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw.
Strong writing skills with the ability to draft clear and persuasive legal documents.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and court personnel.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Pay: $77,011.00 – $84,322.00 per year
