YOUR ROLE:

On a day-to-day basis, you will have the opportunity to work on large-scale mandates that will challenge your legal and intellectual skills, while benefiting from a high level of autonomy;

You’ll be representing clients in emerging technologies, as well as established companies and start-ups;

You’ll be involved in challenging transactions and contribute your financing expertise;

SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Experience in business, transactional and financing law;
- Good command of oral and written French and English;
- Autonomous, rigorous and able to manage priorities;
- Good communication skills;
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle several files at once.
