We are looking for a highly driven, passionate and experienced Lawyer to join our Personal Injury team.
The role is full-time based at our Wollongong office, although we would consider permanent part time or flexible hours for the right candidate.

About The Role
At Nikolovski Lawyers, our personal injury team represent plaintiffs and injured persons. You would be responsible for end-to-end management of a file load across a broad range of personal injury matters including public liability, workers compensation, motor vehicle accidents, institutional abuse, medical negligence, dust diseases and total and permanent disablement claims. This includes:
Meeting with clients, taking instructions and providing sound legal advice
Investigating personal injury claims
Drafting applications, court documents, pleadings, particulars, etc.
Corresponding with other parties to resolve matters
Briefing Counsel
Appearing at settlement conferences and mediations
Appearing in Court and in the Personal Injury Commission
Settling claims and finalisation of matters
About You
To be competitive for this role you must have:
Admission to practice law in NSW.
At least 1 years PAE in Personal Injury Law in NSW (Either Plaintiff or Defendant).
Strong knowledge across various personal injury matters including the associated legislation, guidelines, etc.
A good understanding of Court and Personal Injury Commission proceedings.
Strong technical legal skills and the ability to draft proficient legal documents.
The capability to work autonomously on personal injury matters from initial consultation to conclusion.
