Role Description
This is a contract role for a Lawyer (m/f) located in the Zürich Metropolitan Area with flexibility for some work from home. The Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing the foundation in legal matters. The role involves ensuring compliance with regulations, managing legal risks, and working collaboratively with other departments to achieve the foundation’s objectives.
Qualifications
Expertise in legal research, legal writing, and drafting legal documents
Experience in providing legal advice and representing clients in legal matters
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and managing legal risks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
Experience in non-profit or philanthropy sectors is a plus
Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal qualification
Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
