Key Accountabilities:
Provide comprehensive legal advice and support to the company by reviewing contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and offering legal guidance on operational and business matters.
Provide legal counsel and guidance across all company departments, ensuring that Omantel complies with laws and regulations.
Review and negotiate contracts, ensuring they comply with relevant laws, policies, and regulations.
Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents such as policies, letters of credit, and other contractual communications.
Monitor and address legal concerns raised by business units and ensure that appropriate action is taken to mitigate legal risks.
Coordinate with external legal counsel and internal stakeholders to ensure legal issues are properly handled and resolved.
Supervise legal research and analysis tasks, offering guidance to junior lawyers and other team members in the legal department.
