Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent).
- 1–3 years of relevant legal experience.
- Strong knowledge of Labor Law and Company Registration/Corporate Law.
- Experience in obtaining governmental approvals and managing regulatory procedures.
- Familiarity with investment projects and industrial development processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and follow up on approvals, permits, and official procedures with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
- Provide legal support related to investment projects and industrial development initiatives.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, legal notices, and other legal documents.
- Manage company registration, amendments, licensing, and corporate compliance matters.
- Advise on labor law matters and support the resolution of employment-related issues.
- Prepare and maintain legal correspondence, reports, and official communications.
- Liaise with government entities, clients, and stakeholders on legal and regulatory matters.
- Manage professional email communications and maintain accurate records of legal documentation.
- Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and administrative documents using Microsoft Office applications.
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to the company's operations.
