Based on the business that the client (mainly Japanese companies) wants to do, research that business, whether there are any restrictions against foreign investors, what business licenses are required to do business, and what are the conditions for obtaining those licenses.
Carry out procedures for establishing a company in VN by foreign investors, including investment registration certificates and business registration certificates.
Apply for visas for foreigners from clients.
Work related to Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), perform Legal Due Diligence, draft contracts and negotiate with partners, carry out investment procedures.
LLB/ LLM, Qualify Lawyer – Lawyer license (admitted in VN)
Proven experience working in a law firm as a lawyer.
Advanced English skills (spoken and written)
Experience in corporate law and M&A field.
Working experience with Japanese clients (preferable)
Level
1. Senior: Have more than 5 years of experience working in a law firm as a lawyer.
2. Junior: Have more than 2 years of experience working in a law firm as a lawyer.
