Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lawyer at Saudi Bonyan Real Estate Investment Co. located in Medina. The Lawyer will be responsible for handling legal matters related to real estate development, reviewing contracts, conducting due diligence, and providing legal advice to the company. The role will involve working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure legal compliance and successful project completion.
Qualifications
Legal Research, Contract Review, and Due Diligence skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in real estate law and property development
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field with 3-5 years of experience
Knowledge of Saudi Arabian legal system and regulations is a must
