SEETAHPRIYA & CO is expanding and we are looking for a motivated and passionate Advocate & Solicitor to join our growing team.

REQUIREMENT

*Called to the Malaysian Bar.

*1–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).

*Experience in Civil Litigation is preferred.

*Able to draft cause papers, pleadings, submissions and legal opinions.

*Able to attend case managements, hearings and trials independently.

*Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).

*Responsible, organised and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

*Possess own transport.

Civil Litigation

Personal Injury & Insurance Claims

Commercial Litigation

Family Law

Conveyancing (exposure is an added advantage)

Criminal Litigation (exposure is an added advantage)
