We are seeking an experienced Lawyer to join our legal team in Dubai. The ideal candidate is a proactive and confident legal professional with excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. In this role, you will provide legal advice and support across various business functions while working closely with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in contract law, corporate law, real estate law, rental law, and commercial law, with the ability to interpret and apply UAE regulations effectively.
- Proficiency in legal research, drafting legal documents, and reviewing agreements with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to negotiate and manage disputes, including experience coordinating with external counsel and regulatory bodies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Demonstrated analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and sound professional judgment.
- Capability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple matters simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB or equivalent); admission to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction is preferred.
- Prior experience as a Lawyer or Legal Counsel, ideally within corporate, commercial, or related practice areas.
