Bilingual Attorney (EN/FR) – Remote
This is a 100% remote role, and you must be physically located in Canada.
In this role, you will join a project team supporting product liability class actions and mass tort matters, offering the opportunity to work on large-scale high-profile legal matters.
This is a substantive legal role offering the opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced remote environment alongside experienced legal professionals.
Candidates must be physically located in Canada and licensed to practice law in at least one Canadian jurisdiction.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze claim documentation with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support case management activities in collaboration with project leadership and legal team members.
- Participate in a mandatory one-week paid training program (Training
Schedule:
9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. EDT).
- Maintain professional and client-focused communication standards.
- Manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Fully bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
- JD or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution (foreign law degrees will be considered).
- Active law license in good standing in at least one Canadian province or territory.
- Litigation experience preferred.
- Experience with class actions and/or mass tort matters considered an asset.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Qualified, adaptable, and detail-oriented approach.
