Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Lawyer role with Alfahad & Partners. The Lawyer will provide legal counseling to clients, attend Court matters, draft legal documents, negotiate deals, and represent clients in legal proceedings. They will also provide legal advice on a range of corporate, commercial, and financial matters.
Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent research and legal drafting skills
Good verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in both Arabic and English
Attention to detail and accuracy in work
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
A Law degree from a reputable university
Membership in the Kuwaiti Bar Association admitted before the Court of Appeal or Court of Cassation
3- 5 years of relevant work experience in a reputable law firm
Experience in handling corporate and commercial transactions
