As we continue to grow our legal practice, we are looking for a Lawyer to join our team.

🔸 Key Responsibilities:
- Providing legal support to Ukrainian and international companies on matters relating to corporate, contract, employment, tax and other legislation
- Drafting, analysing and finalising contracts, corporate documents, internal policies and other legal documents
- Providing legal advice, preparing legal opinions, memoranda and analytical materials
- Supporting corporate projects, including the formation, reorganisation and winding up of legal entities, as well as changes to corporate structure
- Representing clients’ interests before government bodies, banks, notaries and other institutions; assisting with inspections and appeal procedures
- Conducting legal research, monitoring legislative changes and participating in complex Ukrainian and international projects
🔸 Requirements:
- A degree in law
- 1 to 3 years’ experience working as a lawyer
- In-depth knowledge of civil, corporate, contract and employment law
- English at Upper-Intermediate level or above (spoken and written)
- Experience in drafting and analysing contracts, corporate documents and providing legal advice
- Skills in conducting legal research and analysing legislation
- Proficient user of MS Office
