About the Position
This is a support role for a busy 6-person office. The primary focus of this job is coordinating with condominium association property managers, title insurance companies, and mortgage lenders to ensure successful and timely real estate closings.
Skills / Qualifications
We expect you to:
Bring two or more years of success in a busy office environment.
Prioritize, organize, and manage numerous competing demands.
Communicate effectively and confidently with various contacts, including outside attorneys, team attorneys, clients, lenders, real estate brokers, title companies, and other real estate professionals.
Demonstrate problem-solving and working effectively in independent settings.
Demonstrate capacity to identify and resolve or escalate issues in a timely manner.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PDF software.

Working conditions
This is a full-time (40-hour week) position based in our Loop office, with some seasonal overtime as necessary. There is potential to work remotely upon satisfactory completion of training and once you adapt to our workflow.
Pay & Benefits
We will provide compensation at an annual salary or hourly rate to be determined. Benefits include a flexible vacation schedule, health insurance, health savings account, and 401K with a 4% employer match upon vesting.
