Key Responsibilities:
Capable of drafting contracts and agreements and review legal documents and contracts
Prepare contractual and commercial risk assessment for requests for proposal and provide support during the pre-tendering stage
Knows Local contract and relevant economy Laws with an eye to combine with business target and propose risk control scenario
Review employment contracts and advise HR department on same
Participate in Project management and provide practical scenario for avoiding risks and help business promotion
Optimize company business internal procedure legalized, and suggestions, assess and supervise risks
Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions related to countries the company already operates in as well as new jurisdictions and growth markets
Identify areas for improvement in existing contracting processes, revise existing procedures and/or templates or draft new ones
Provide other legal advice
Recommending law firms
Assistance in related legal matters in UAE and Oman
Tasks assigned by both the line manager and the overseas legal and compliance department
Qualifications:
Degree in Law
Proven experience as Lawyer.
Experience with heavy Machinery is preferable
Willingness to travel and provide on-site support.
Valid driver’s license
