Lawyer – Legal Department
PwC intends to strengthen its legal department by hiring a Lawyer to provide legal support for the activities carried out by PwC Portugal.
The Legal Department is divided into specialized areas and is composed by several senior lawyers.
The candidate must have prior experience working as an in-house lawyer in a corporate environment, preferably in the areas of Corporate Law, Public Procurement, and Civil Litigation. Considering the areas of law to be covered, we are looking for a dynamic and versatile candidate who enjoys working in a team, across different geographies, and on different legal areas
As an in-house lawyer, the candidate will work as part of a team that seeks solutions to problems, helping to address complex business issues, supporting the New Equation strategy.
Profile
Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Law
Admission to the Portuguese Bar Association
At least 2 years of experience
Generalist profile with a focus on Corporate Law and Public Procurement
Fluency in English
Communication, time management, and attention to detail skills
Preferred Factors
Certifications or postgraduate studies related to Corporate Law or Public Procurement
